At Sing Your Life, we know that the entire BODY is the instrument. And when we learn to PLAY our instrument by blowing adequate air into it (Breathing), and pressing the right valves, (diaphragm), the result is a voice to last forever, and it can be done in just 30 days!
It has been scientifically shown that singing IN ONE’S NATURAL VOICE can reduce pain and prolong life. We offer these learning opportunities:
Private Instruction: Ages 9 to adult. We begin by locating the student’s natural voice range, or rather the area in the body where the student SPEAKS! The student then learns correct breathing, posture, tone quality, diaphragm control, and most importantly how to practice without subjective judgment and exactly as instructed. Sessions can range from ˝ hour to an hour depending upon the student’s preference, and must occur at least once a week for the first 6 weeks. All genres are taught except classical.
Adult Performance Workshops: Once the vocal fundamentals are put “automatic”, the student is ready to participate in our performance workshops where the student learns to put his/her natural voice into an authentic performance.
Self-Teaching Method: Using our E-Book, “A Voice For a Lifetime in 30 Days”, the student is guided step by step from locating the natural voice to the techniques of singing with ease and confidence. A CD of specific exercises is provided with the Book.

Distance Learning Program: This program is used in conjunction with the E-Book and is unique in that the student creates a personal relationship with the teacher even from thousands of miles away. The student records his/her voice singing anything of his/her choosing, and a brief summary of the problems he/she is having with the course, including what he/she hopes to get out of voice lessons. A wave file, tape or CD is emailed or snail mailed to the studio and a specific targeted lesson is created to address the student’s stated issues and areas of concern observed by the instructor.
