Jim Spencer is an internationally acclaimed pianist, vocalist, composer-arranger and musicologist. Currently residing in Belmont Shores, California. Mr. Spencer teaches intermediate-advanced students of all ages in piano, voice, violin, music composition and musicology. Coaching is available for intermediate and advanced artists by audition only for the following: jazz/pop piano, classical piano repertoire, Broadway/jazz/pop vocal, operatic vocal repertoire, and Celtic/Bluegrass fiddle. Jim Spencer is also a renowned sound therapist-healing arts practitioner, creative arts coach and motivational speaker, and an artistic development coach and agent. Spencer Music Studios covers the Southern California areas of Long Beach, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, and Costa Mesa.
Jim Spencer is affiliated with professional organizations and performance companies throughout the Southern California area including: The Music Teacher’s Association of California, Opera Pacific, Musical Theatre West, Broadway on Tour, The Pacific Symphony, The Orange County Youth Symphony and The Orange County High School of the Performing Arts.
